Wink Can Tho Centre, Unscripted by Hyatt - 24-Hour Stays

Locations & rooms

I booked 3 family rooms, 3 people for each room (2 adults & 1 kid). The hotel staff confronted me at the breakfast table that we booked 2 people for each room & we have 9 people. They wanted us to pay 1 extra person for each room. I am still irritated.

The location is at the center of the city. The hotel is nice and modern. The best thing about Wink is you can stay full 24 hours, unlike normal hotels. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The room is quite small but convenient.

Staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean. Great location right next to the river. I had a room that looked over the river and what's the sun come up each morning. They have an excellent breakfast.

I thought the drinks in the bar were a little expensive.

The property is modern and clean with a great location. The rooftop bar and pool offered wonderful views. The bar staff were lovely. I had a premier queen room and for one person, it was just fine but it would be tight for two people. The suites were quite nice and much larger. The wifi worked well everywhere. The breakfast buffet offered a very large assortment and the morning staff were great. The property also includes pay laundry machines although we didn’t use them. There is also a water station available in the reception area.

The reception staff require better training. While checking in, they asked us to sit down while they dealt with room assignments but would then start helping people who walked in after us. We booked 3 river view rooms but two were not assigned as such. When we advised reception, they were very confused but ultimately provided us with correct rooms. It was well over an hour before we were properly checked in and settled. As noted, this is a very new and modern style hotel but it has very low lighting in the hallways and very poor lighting in the bathroom.

Location, friendly staff, clean

Eggs at breakfast tasted like they had gone bad. We stopped eating at the first bite and thankfully did not get sick

Friendly staff, brewpub onsite, rooftop pool, great location

Location

Super small, stuffy due to small size, no kettle, can’t distinguish between hair wash and shower gel due to description.

The location is conveniently close to Can Tho Market, shopping centers, street food areas, and the riverside

Unfortunately, there’s some minor flooding on the road in front of the hotel, but it should clear up very soon.

Great hotel, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, beautiful rooftop views of the city and river. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, shower was kind of small but it worked. The view was awesome. 15 th floor no noise.

bathroom/shower small

Great location and price! Hotel staff was amazing and professional. I love all the Wink hotels!

Room windows were foggy and a bit dirty, so I didn't see the view well.

Great to have Wink options throughout Vietnam. Always solid.

They seem to use different water in this location than in HCMC and it was disappointing. The cap was rusty and water had some odor. It seemed that the hotel refilled itself and does not ensure quality.

Clean hotel and room good location walking to the river Ben Ninh kieu

Everything seemed very fine until my 5 year old son was harassed (grabbed at his private part) by a pool staff when we stayed right there but 10 seconds away. My husband caught him red handed and the CCTV confirmed it. The communication manager apologized but we felt soooo shocked, unpleasant and unsafe to stay there any time again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (helped us to book bus tickets to Saigon), we could get an early breakfast package (ready before our booked early morning tour to visit floating market), the rooftop bar and pool was an amazing retreat after a long day of sightseeing :) the room had everything we needed, very modern and cozy.

Nothing to complain about

Rooftop pool and views were great but could do with more loungers and umbrellas. Weiss style beer in the beer garden.Friendly and lots of staff.Room had everything I needed and good view.

Roof bar appeared only open in evening.Beer in beer garden was nice but could be served colder.

We had a wonderful stay in Can Tho! We especially want to highlight the amazing support from Cong, who helped us so much with planning our trip – from the arrival to organizing tours. The other staff members were always friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is perfectly located and offers a beautiful view of the river. Our room was very modern and we really liked it. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. We would love to come back!

LOVED Wink! The rooms have everything you need - USB C charging point close by to the bed, black out blinds, full length mirrors, good shower, and a safe. Bed is super comfy and the 24hr stay policy is an absolute game changer! The hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool with a cracking view, and the staff are amazing. Cong at reception was particularly helpful, giving us tips for what to see and where to go, arranging tours and transfers for us. Such impeccable service!

There’s nothing not to like

Breakfast was great. The gym had all modern updated equipment. The Laundromat on the facility was convenient and cheap to use. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of friendly staff around to help.

The room was a little small.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable but it was a bit small. Was hard to walk around luggage in the room. Everything else was great. Very central location. Staff are friendly.
